REPRESENTATIVE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL SYSTEMS:

Terr-Aqua Enviro Systems has several yearly maintenance service contracts for systems that it maintains on a weekly basis for companies like Lockheed-Martin and USMC. One of our contracts with General Dynamics was in place for over 9 years before closing the facility. Currently we have 3 service contracts in place on systems that have been installed and accepted by the local Air Pollution Control Districts in Southern California.

20,000 CFM VOC Emission Control System capable of handling 60 pounds per day at General Dynamics, Electronics Division, San Diego, CA.  System has been on-line and maintained the required efficiency since May of 1986, without any carbon change-out being required.

40,000 CFM VOC Emission Control System capable of handling 350 pounds per day at General Dynamics/Hughes, Pomona Naval Weapons Lab, Pomona, CA.  System has been on-line since November 1988 and is handling a wide range or organics, including chlorinated compounds coming from two conveyorized robotic spraying systems, five manned spray booths and three oven/drying tunnels.  This system managed odor control requirements from several industrial sewer gathering systems and was utilized during construction modifications to eliminate nuisance odors throughout the facility.

40,000 CFM VOC Emission Control System capable of handling 150 pounds per day at General Dynamics, Valley Systems Division, Rancho Cucamonga, CA.  System completed in May, 1990.  This building-wide gathering and control system is capable of handling chlorinated hydrocarbons and minor volumes of CFCs in addition to other VOCs and hexavalent chrome. Thirty-nine sources included electronic encapsulation processes and various metal and coatings-laboratory activities, spray booths, work benches, mixing stations and ovens.

45,000 CFM Variable Flow Emission Control System capable of handling 150 pounds per day at Northrop B-2 Division (stealth bomber), Pico Rivera, CA.  This system, completed in October 1989, is capable of handling chlorinated hydrocarbons and sub-micronic toxic particulates to achieve efficiencies required by both SCAQMD and the U.S. Air Force.

12,000 SCFM Air Pollution Control System at CMP Display Systems Co., Ventura, CA treats the Volatile Organic Compounds that come off the photo etching, coating and spraying process for fabricating and finishing the special aircraft instrumentation panels that are installed in today's highly technical/computerized aircraft.  This system has been operational since September 1992. (Available for site visit)

120,000 SCFM Air Pollution Control System at Lockheed-Martin Skunk Works, Palmdale, CA is collecting and cleaning the contaminated (VOC/Toxic particulate) air streams from 6 paint spray booths, mix room, oven and  process tanks for the finishing process line at the facility.  This is a high security area.  The system is operational and has performed at 99.75% efficiency on the preliminary SCAQMD emissions test. (Available for site visit)

45,000 SCFM Air Pollution Control System at the U.S. Marine Corps Multi-Commodity Maintenance Center at Barstow, CA is servicing two conveyorized production spray booths plus one large drive-thru heavy equipment booth utilized for tanks, personnel carriers, trucks and helicopter rehab painting.  The system is operational, collecting and destroying VOC/Toxic particulate, and has been tested by Mohave AQMD achieving a 98.9%+ efficiency.
